Leased RAN Agusta A109E Power helicopter N42-510 Cn 11510, with rotors turning at Russell Offices, Canberra on 25Jul2007. The helicopter is used for training by 723 Squadron at NAS Nowra. Gloss Black paint with Gold titles (representing Winter Dress uniform) is a new livery for the RAN. Sister-ship N42-501 wears Grey Working Dress livery, while N42-505 wears White livery with Blue titles, representing Summer Dress uniform. These three helos were replaced by Bell429 helos, in Grey livery, in 2012. The first A109 I photographed was VH-DMR in 1985.
