The RAAF's First P-2V-5 Neptune, A89-301, beside the Laverton Parade Ground during a friend's Air Electronics Officers Graduation Parade on 01Apr1968. (Yes, he Graduated on April Fools Day!) This Neppy, delivered in Nov1951, had her markings painted over when she was retired. She was used as an Instructional Aid by Radio School, and ended her days on the fire training dump. Thanks to Frank Alley for identifying the aircraft. Low res photo.
