Rare close-cropped photo of Qantas Airways First Boeing 747 VH-EBA Cn 20009, Named 'City of Canberra', in original livery. The aircraft is on final approach to then new Tullamarine Airport's Rwy 27 in Feb 1972. The First Qantas B747 services started from Melbourne in September 1971. VH-EBA was Delivered to Qantas on 30Jul1971, and Sold in June 1994 as N614AR. (Qantas' First Boeing 707-138B was also registered VH-EBA.)
