This aircraft has a Naval BuNo. 132683 of an AD-5 and was in service with South Vietnam Armed Forces (SVNAF). In 1962 it was given the designation of an A-1E. Unknown when Recovered from Thailand by Yesterdays Airforce. Stored in original military configuration in Long Beach, California from Jan. 1980-1985. Then by the Military Aircraft Restoration Corp. in Chino, California from Apr. 1983-1992. Sources say it is now registered to Danny Summers in Sugar Hill, Idaho from Sept. 25, 2003-2005. Other resources say it is now in Carson City, Nevada. It is seen here during a bombing raid of mock wargames at Aviation Nation 2007.
