Notes:

Normally a photo of this final manoeuvre in the Red Arrows display - the Vixen break - shows the aircraft more dispersed, but I felt it was interesting to see the start of the break in more detail. Red 1 in the centre pulls directly up into the vertical, with two of the 'Gypo' formation - Reds 8 and 9 - pulling a lot of 'g' at either side of the formation split. Reds 2 and 3 smoke blue and Reds 4 and 5 smoke white.
