Plus, there is a car park on the other side of the wall which is obviously designed in some way for aviation enthusiasts, and we also get an ice cream van there. No one ever intrudes on the graveyard, and there is absolutely no problem. Great shot, Steven! June 12, 2007

Not right? This is a popular spot here at LBA and to many the cemetery is considered as much a part of this airport as the terminal itself. If you look at the graves there are a few wartime airmen in there, I'm sure they wouldn't object to aviation enthusiasts respectfully using their resting place as a viewing gallery. I've spent more time here than I can remember in all kinds of weather conditions, and there's always a very relaxed and happy atmosphere here. I love the place.
