Notes:

With the impressive Pier 6 air bridge behind. Having a design based on the human spine, at 197m long and 19.4m tall it's high enough to let a 747-400 through and is the largest passenger bridge in the world to span a taxiway (taxiway L). Pier 6 reduces the need to tow aircraft and makes it easier to service and refuel aircraft, and the bridge is estimated to save around 50,000 coach movements around the airport each year.
