This plane landed after a failure on the nose gear, which did not drop down. The 707 flew around SBEG airport about 40 minutes to consume some fuel before the successful landing attempt. All the flights diverted to STM while the plane was removed from runway. More than three years later the aircraft remains parked on a remote stand. MTR will never fly again and probably will be scrapped soon.
