This Lockheed A-12 is a permanent resident of the Blackbird Air Park in Palmdale, CA. This was the first A-12 produced and later operated by the US Goverment / CIA. Note the "start cart" under the right wing. This cart was used for engine starts and housed twin Buick 455 cubic inch engines.
