Leased from Pelita, this Hercules was chartered by the Hong Kong government to repatriate Vietnamese refugees. Unfortunately it crashed when an engine failed on takeoff with the pilot climbing away at below Vmcg, leading to control loss and a crash into the sea killing 6 of 12 crew.
