This is indeed the famous plane, see one of the "Air Crash Investigations" episodes, called "Blow Out".
On 10 June 1990,BA Flight 5390`s the cockpit windshell blew out at altitude after the wrong bolts had been used to secure it. Captain Tim Lancaster has blown half out the cockpit by the pressure differential.Members of the cabin crew clung to the pilots legs to keep him from being blown out the aircraft. The plane made an emergency landing at Southampton Airport. The pilot survived as did the crew and passengers.
