[Full HD/1920px] My luckiest moment of the year so far... I paid a visit to the aerodrome to meet and have a chat with a very good friend who was flying. I waited for him to land, and for the flight debrief to be completed, which took longer than I was expecting. After our meeting, I walked to my car and was starting it when I heard a chopper noise, which I suspected it was from a BlackHawk... Firstly, the Crew performed a touch&go on runway 34 (I believe the first ever touchdown of a BlackHawk in LPVL), and performed another circuit for another approach. I had just the time to take out my camera from the car, put a SD card and rush to the best place for shooting it... et voilà! BLACK01 performing a low pass over runway 34. Seconds after this shot, they made a left break just in front of me and immediately returned to their base (Ovar - LPOV). Thank you guys for this awesome surprise! This is the third UH-60A of the Portuguese Air Force of a total of 9 expected: three more UH-60A and an additional order of three UH-60L. New registration in JetPhotos database, former N224XA.
