"SPEEDBIRD 886 QUEBEC" operating flight BA886 from London Heathrow (LHR/ EGLL) is seen rolling on taxiway Quebec after having arrived on runway 08L at Bucharest OTP. This aircraft was involved in an incident in November 2019 when its nose gear was damaged by an automated pushback machine at LHR. After reading more about that, I discovered that British Airways was also the first airline to use remote-controlled tug devices to push back aircraft across its short-haul operation.
