On 22 January 2020, the Vzdušné síly armády ?eské republiky (CzAF, Czech Air Force) took delivery of a "new" Mi-17V-11. Before the helicopter was sold to Czechia, it was operated by the Lotnictwo Marynarka Wojenna (WLM, Polish Navy) as a Mi-8MTV-1, serial 5528. After the Mi-8MTV arrived in Czechia, it went straight to LOM Praha (Kbely) for an extensive overhaul and conversion. The helicopter was rebranded as a Mi-17V-11 with serial 0457. Last week, it was delivered to the Centrum Leteckého Výcviku (CLV LOM), based at Pardubice. The CLV now has seven Mi-17s in its inventory according to Scramble Magazine
