First flight 28 July 1978. Delivery flight to Czechoslovakia took place 23 - 24 August 1978 to Bechyne airport. Last flight 30 July 1992. Total flight time 994.58 hours and 1 485 landings. In 1994 the aircraft was transferred to Ceske Budejovice for storage. In early 1996 the aircraft was dismantled and was completed at the end of August. In 1997 this front part was sent to the museum in Vyskov.
