The first takeoff of this airplane took place on October 25, 1981. The flight to Czechoslovakia at the airport in Ceske Budejovice on November 8, 1981. The last takeoff and landing on August 31, 1995, the airplane flew for a total of 1018 hours, 45 minutes and made 1666 landings. In the years 1996 - 1998, it served as a source of spare parts. During 2004, decommissioning work (drilling of tanks and beams) began on the aircraft. In mid-June 2005, this Mig-23 was transferred to the museum in Vyskov.
