The P-40C is an improved version of the P-36 Eagle designed by the Curtis Company before World War II. It is equipped with two 12. 7mm machine guns and four 7. 7mm machine guns. It is the main equipment of the United States Volunteer Aviation Corps for China (Flying Tigers). During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the P-40C* s main rival was the Japanese Zero. In actual combat, "Flying Tigers" skillfully adopted the tactics of dive shooting, one hit escape and so on, combined with the advantage of deep territory to hunt Japanese aircraft, and insisted on fighting under extremely difficult conditions, creating many legends of air combat.
