Rare photo of this 1960-vintage Fairchild. After the crash of CATA's FH-227 LV-MGV on a golf-course near Ezeiza later on that year, CATA's operations came to an end. The fate of their last 2 F27s, LV-AZV & -RBO, is undecided, but hopefully their history is long enough to ensure preservation as opposed to scrap!
