Notes:

Extremely rare Stearman getting ready to depart to Guanacaste after having arrived from David, Panama. This 1943 warbird was based in Canada as C-FRGO until it was sold to a guatemalan pilot that I had the pleasure to meet before taking this pic. The plane was send by ship from Canada to Panama, it was rebuild there and now it's flying to its new home in Guatemala. The complete route will be Albrook, David, Pavas, Guanacaste, Managua, El Salvador and finally, Guatemala. I've never imagined I would have the chance to see an active Stearman in Costa Rica since I lost TG-JEN back in 2013 when it came for the X-Air Challenge. This is probably one of the coolest and oldest aircraft I've ever spotted in Pavas. So happy for this catch and for my new friends Charlie and Luis. Best wishes on your way to Guatemala and congratulations for this acquisition!
