First flown as C-GFRP in 1994 before being registered as ZS-NLZ to South African Express Airways. The aircraft then went to Air Tanzania in 2004 and then back to South African Express Airways. The aircraft was then registered as C-FNSA in 2011 for North Cariboo Air. In 2014 the aircraft was flown by Sunwest Aviation and then PAL Airlines for a short period in 2019 before returning to Sunwest. The aircraft has now been flown to Australia and is now part of the Maroomba fleet of Dash 8's registered as VH-QQE.
