The legendary "Phinal Phantom" blasting out of Hyakuri on a dreary fall morning. 17-8440 was the 5195 and last F-4 Phantom to be produced. It was the last of 138 license built Phantoms by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. The JASDF accepted 440 in May 1981, it was flown to the JASDF Hamamatsu Air Base Museum on December 1, 2020 and put on display after nearly 40 years of outstanding service. Phantoms Phorever!
