Notes:

[1920px] First picture of this classic beauty out of the desert! This 52 year old lady was first delivered to Air Canada in 1970 as CF-TIS. Many years later, she was converted to cargo and was upgraded from series 60 to series 70, with new CFM56 engines. After being stored in Arizona, she was brought back to life by Skybus Jet Cargo. Absolutely amazing to see a DC-8 still operational in 2022! N805SJ is seen here parked up at the Amerijet ramp, undergoing a main gear tire change. I believe she will soon start flying, and Skybus will have 3 operational DC-8s. FANTASTIC stuff for classic lovers! I dedicate this picture to my good friend Roger Rodrigues, who helped me chasing the DC-8s during my stay in Miami! Many thanks for the help, bro!

It is indeed! A true classic! Would be even better if she still had the original JT3D engines
