Notes:

Preserved at Italian Air Force museum of Vigna di Valle. The original version of this aircraft, produced in more than 18,000 units, was born in 1935 with the initials NA 16. The first series is equipped with a fixed landing gear and 400 HP engine, but this will be followed by versions and variants including the most important is the one with retractable landing gear and 550 HP engine. Although not presenting particularly interesting flight characteristics, other than great strength and ease of maintenance, this aircraft has represented the strength of the flight schools (and not only) of an incredible number of countries all over the world; just think that its production, which began in 1936, ended abundantly after the Second World War and precisely in 1953, in the middle of the jet age. The Italian Air Force had it online since 1950, with some specimens coming from the Allied Air Force. Later he bought others from the Canadian Air Force (versions C, F, G, J) and used them in the 2nd and 3rd period flight schools.
