FAMEX 2021 / MUMA [Museo Militar de Aviación] [1920px] // The Bell 212 has a long history in Mexico as a utility helicopter, along with its 4-bladed brother, the 412. Since 1973, a total of 40 have been purchased and their use has ranged from VIP transport, police helicopters, to the Air Force with armed versions. Their military registrations can be found in the 1400s range. Apparently, a total of 18 have been involved in accidents which is pretty worrying, and most have been retired and put on display since they have been replaced by the UH-60Blackhawk.
