The last aircraft of the "prototype" series L-410UVP, whose first flight took place on May 29, 1978. During the flight, it bore the license plate OK-164 and during flights abroad then OK-IYC. Throughout, he served in LET Kunovice for various tests, including skis instead of chassis. At the beginning of the 1990s, he stood idle at the airport in Kunovice, only to eventually become a teaching aid at the Secondary Vocational School of Aviation and receive a fictitious OK-LET registration.
