Notes:

Despite its civil aviation roots, the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior is one rugged, proven, and dependable war machine. On average, the OH-58s flew over 80 hours per month during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan with a 90% mission capable rate. This particular airframe last served with the 6-6th Cavalry out of Fort Drum, New York and was retired to AMARG in September 2016 still bearing the stenciling and Punisher logo it wore in the skies over Iraq.
