We have many Y-8s, licence built An-12s, but the original Y-8s are quite rare. i was a little surprised when i know it is the original An-12. Actually, due to technique limitations, Y-8(and its modification Y-9) are the only medium transporter we have, they are old and sometimes unreliable when low speed, however, considering the fact that Russia even can't produce one , they are not that bad.
