Notes:

The Ae-45 OK-FHA production number 51163 was manufactured in Aero Vysocany in 1951, but was not completely assembled until Kunovice. It was entered in the aviation register on 13 April 1956 and then put into operation under the Regional Aeroclub Ostrava, where it served as an air taxi. It was later transferred to the Slovacky Aeroclub in Kunovice, where it flew in 1978. It was deleted from the aviation register on 5 February 1980. A towing device was mounted on the OK-FHA aircraft at Kunovice Aerotechnik and several times served as a towing aircraft for towing gliders. For example, for the Svazarm national team, the CSSR changed two laminated high-performance Slingsby T.59 Kestrel gliders from England. The flight route was 1,400 km long, Ae-45 piloted by Miroslav Kobr, Kestrel glider Jaroslav Pokorny.
