Crashed near Vrsatec, Slovakia, 20aug15 following a mid-air collision with L-410 OM-SAB, as a result of the collision between the two aircraft OM-ODQ descended erratically, two of the paratroopers were rendered unconscious as a result, but the remaining fifteen managed to jump clear, all 17 parachutists managed to jump from OM-SAB but one them failed to open his parachute and was killed, along with the four pilots from the two aircraft and the two who did not manage to escape from OM-ODQ.
