Notes:

View of the control tower of the, now closed, Atahualpa Airport and converted into Ciudad Blanca Park. This airport was inaugurated in 1958, it consisted of an asphalt runway (20/02) with 1.935 meters. This aerodrome served the city of Ibarra, Imbabura province in the North of Ecuador. Tame and general aviation aircraft operated there, such as the Icaro Learn 2 Fly school aircraft (part of the Ecuadorian airline Icaro) and some ultralight aircraft. On its last years of operation, it had military traffic. Finally, in 2011, the Atahualpa airport was closed and the new Ciudad Blanca Park began to be built. The control tower is still standing with some aesthetic changes, the most notorious is the logo of "Ecuador Loves Life".
