Hayward's new scheduled airline, Set Jet, seen arriving on a flight from SAN at golden hour in the last rays of California sunshine. Set Jet started as a membership only airline offering unlimited rides in their VIP configured Challenger 850s (CRJ-200s) for a few thousand USD per month. Recently, the carrier decided to start offering one way tickets on it's flights to the general public for roughly the same as unrestricted first class fares on major airlines on similar routes. Flights are operated by CRJ-charter operator Elite Airways. This is the first scheduled passenger service for HWD.
