Operating a return flight from Amsterdam-Schiphol Airport (AMS) and Paramaribo (PBM) the aircraft descended below minimums at PBM and collided with a tree, killing 176 out of 187 on board. Lax licence regulations meant the captain of the flight should not have been operating due to age.

With Wizzair being an uncommon visitor at AMS, it's very nice they sent the ''Team Hungary'' livery to pick-up the national footbal team that played against the Netherlands the night before, luckily the sun did shine at least once during one of the photo opportunities [1600 pix]
